Law Enforcement and Electric Vehicle Industry Veteran
to Drive Sales of Segway’s New SE-3 Patroller

leading provider of electric personal transportation, announces it has named Gerald
“Gerry” White as its Director of Patroller Sales.

Gerry began his career as a police officer and was responsible for the rider training of
motorcycle and bicycle officers. After 30 years of service with the Newport Beach Police
Department in California, he retired and launched his sales career. He’s spent the last
several years selling electric personal transportation and developing rider training
programs for the markets he knows best — law enforcement, government and private
security.

White will manage the Patroller product line sales function with specific responsibility for:
● Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to further expand
Segway’s market penetration
● Directing all sales forecasting and performance activities
● Reviewing and evaluating market analysis as well as proactively building
new and existing channel relationships

Like Segway’s entire portfolio, all Patroller products are built in the United States at the
Company’s world headquarters in New Hampshire.

Prior to joining Segway, Gerry held sales, government business and training roles at
electric personal transportation organizations including T3 Motion and Vectrix.
